- Product order cancellation charges are mentioned on product detail page. Charges are based on per gram of given weight on product page.
- Virat Gold Palace may cancel the product order through the Website within 24 hours of ordering the same. Post 24 hours, the buyer cannot cancel the product through the Website.
- Virat Gold Palace assumes or takes no risk, liability or responsibility of any sort whatsoever for a product lost while return to the seller. In such event, the buyer and seller may take the issue up with each other and resolve the same.
- No returns or exchange policy for domestic transactions.
Some situations are however, beyond our control. They may be:
- Incorrect address
- The consignee/recipient of the product is not present at home
- Products being high value, if the consignee/recipient does not show their ID proof
